Entrepreneurs will be able to get a loan to rebuild destroyed production facilities
The state will provide financial support to micro, small and medium-sized businesses to restore partially or completely destroyed production facilities as a result of military operations. A decision to this effect was made by the Government at a meeting on October 14, 2022.

Farms that lost animals or production for which they received state support as a result of the war may not get their money back
According to Decree 107, farms that received reimbursement of the cost of breeding animals, cereals and livestock facilities, or subsidies for cows of their own growth, were required within a certain period to return the budget funds in the case of a reduction of the livestock for which they received state support, or alienation of not intended use of the object. This is reported by the Association of Milk Producers.

Changes to the ruling on state support for livestock production!
According to the decree, if an enterprise has received partial reimbursement of the cost of purchased purebred animals, reconstructed/constructed facility or grain storage/processing facility, it must report on availability and intended use for the next 2 years.
