The training brought together veterinary inspectors, authorized veterinarians, and epizootologists from Zhytomyr, Rivne, and Volyn regions. During the event, participants explored issues related to monitoring antibiotic use in animal production, the requirements of the new veterinary legislation, and practical aspects of controlling the circulation and use of veterinary medicinal products.

Particular attention was paid to practical case studies that allowed participants to work through response algorithms for typical field situations and assess the compliance of antibiotic use practices with current legislative requirements.
The next series of training sessions for both representatives of territorial communities and specialists of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection will take place in Odesa on June 2–4.
Participation is free of charge; however, the number of places is limited.
