    In the conditions of martial law and blackouts, it is important for the functioning of agricultural enterprises in certain areas of production to include them in the list of critical infrastructure. What areas of agrarian activity can be included in the above list, how to properly draw up documents for this, how does the working group within the Ministry of Agrarian Policy function, which determines the degree of "criticality" of an agricultural enterprise? These issues were discussed on January 6 during a webinar organized by the UAC "Procedure for submitting applications from agricultural enterprises for inclusion in the list of critical infrastructure facilities".

  • Ukraine cancels tax on the use of generators with the support of the UAC

    Without electricity, but with generators, the agribusiness sector is evenly adjusted to the lack of light. To facilitate the operation and importation of generators, as well as to accelerate the restoration of power grids people's deputies passed in the second reading two important bills: № 8196 and № 8197. In these documents, the parliament took into account an important amendment from the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council. Namely the abolition of the ecotax for the use of generators.

  • The law on restoration of the system of registration of rights to lease agricultural land plots came into force

    Consequently, the norm of Transitional Provisions of the Land Code of Ukraine on the automatic prolongation of all lease agreements for agricultural land, which ended during martial law, ceases to be effective.

  • Lawyers explained how the re-registration of a VAT payer when changing the location of the company

    The reregistration of a VAT payer is performed in case of transformation of a legal entity - VAT payer, or change of data about a VAT payer, concerning tax number and/or name (surname, name and middle name) of a VAT payer, and not connected with liquidation or reorganization of a VAT payer, or determination of disputes or mistakes in the register of VAT payers.
