The approved Procedure describes the mechanism for calculating fees for the issuance of veterinary documents: international veterinary certificates, veterinary certificates and veterinary passports for animals.
In addition, the ordinance amends Annexes 1 and 2 of the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 641 of June 9, 2011 "On Approval of the List of Paid Administrative Services Provided by the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, Authorities and Entities under its Governing Board and the Fees for their Provision," namely, veterinary documents are excluded from the list of administrative services. Accordingly, with the enactment of this Regulation the practice of issuing veterinary documents exclusively by specialists of state institutions within the system of the State Consumer Service will be terminated. The right to issue such documents will be extended, inter alia, to licensed veterinarians.
The decree shall enter into force one year after the end or cancellation of martial law.
