UN General Assembly backs resolution on russian reparations to Ukraine

— russia should be held accountable for any violation of international law in or against Ukraine; it should be legally responsible for all its internationally wrongful acts, including reparations for damage, any damage caused by such actions;

— an international mechanism of compensation for loss, damage or injury caused by russia's actions should be set up in cooperation with Ukraine;

— an international Register of Losses should be created to serve as a record of documentary evidence and claim information on loss, damage or injury, and to facilitate and coordinate the gathering of evidence.
